Below you’ll find our key store policies to help you understand how ordering, delivery, returns, and refunds work. If you need any help at all, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

1. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery options (UK):

  • Standard delivery: 2–4 working days

  • Express delivery: 1–2 working days (where available)

Processing times:

  • Orders are usually processed within 1 working day

  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day

Delivery notes:

  • A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched

  • Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays outside of our control

For equipment hire, delivery and collection times will be confirmed at the time of booking.

2. Equipment Hire (Summary)

All equipment remains the property of DigiBoutique at all times.

By placing a hire order, you agree to:

  • Return all equipment in the same condition it was received

  • Return equipment by the agreed return date and time

  • Pay additional hire charges if equipment is returned late

3. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Retail Products

If you change your mind, you may return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened or used products

  • Personalised or custom items

  • Digital downloads or services

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Hire Cancellations & Changes

We understand plans can change.

  • More than 24 hours’ notice: no cancellation fee

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of one day’s hire charge

  • No notice: full day’s hire charge applies

Hire extensions may be available depending on equipment availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to extend your hire.

5. Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 working days for processing

  • Additional time depending on your bank or card provider

6. Responsibility & Care of Equipment

When hiring equipment, you are responsible for:

  • Safe handling and proper use

  • Protecting equipment from damage, theft, or loss

  • Reporting any issues immediately

Insurance or damage waiver cover may apply (see Terms of Service for full details).

7. Liability Disclaimer

While we take every care to supply equipment and products in excellent condition, DigiBoutique is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of data, images, or digital content

  • Delays caused by third-party couriers
